Bros Helping Bros
Willie loves sweets! He also loves to pull things out of the drawer freezer. The other day Daddy walked into the kitchen to find that Will had taken the ice cream out of the freezer, retrieved a spoon from the drawer and was helping himself and Mili to a snack!

Trick or Treat
The twins did such a good job trick-or-treating. They walked the ENTIRE way, said "trick or treat" and "thank you" at every house and had an absolute blast. They were definitely the hit of the neighborhood!!!
Will enjoying his spoils (don't mind Mommy's tripped out faced. I promise I only had soda with dinner!).

Pumpkin Carving/Painting
This year we had a pumpkin carving party with our BFFs Maya, Mary Grace and Jason. How fun!

Eventually the kids got bored and the parents were left to finish :)
BFFs and future husband and wife!
Oh how this picture makes me laugh. Jack and Maya being sweet and cuddly. Henry sneaking a pumpkin and Will having a classic meltdown!

Little Monsters
We're Back and Catching Up
Ok, we admit it. We've been MIA and slacking on blogging responsibilities. Who knew having 3 crazy boys and running a business could be so time consuming?!?!?! We are going to attempt to catch up on 3 months of life in 3 days so bear with us!
Halloween was super fun this year because the twins were "into it". We drove all the way to Williamsburg to go pumpkin patching and all 3 boys had a blast! Surprisingly the twins even sat stillf for the hayride!

Wagons and fields and pumpkins and cute kids is a recipe for a super fun day!

Potty Train
All aboard the potty train!
Oh yes, potty training has begun. Will and Henry discovered they could remove their pants and diapers and started running like mad men through house. In fact, they would get so excited they would do their business wherever and whenever nature called...
We pulled out the potties and wouldn't you know they thought it was reason to party. In fact, they became OBSESSED! They constantly asked to go potty (even though they really just wanted to get naked and sit!) and would throw massive fits when we said no.
We moved the potties into the bathroom which helped a little but heaven forbid someone went into the bathroom without the twins! Holy fit! Eventually the amazingness of the potty train waned slightly and we are more on track with attempting to go peepee on the potty a couple times a day. In fact, Henry goes peepee on the big boy potty every time!!!!
There is a light at the end of the diaper tunnel. I can almost see a day when we aren't changing 20 diapers a day!!!!

Boo Boo and Bambaids
I always said that fearless Will would be the first of the 3 boys to injure himself and make us comtemplate a trip to the ER. I never thought that sweet, reserved Henry would actually give us the first scare!
Here is the drama:
A few weeks ago, Mommy was upstairs putting laundry away and Daddy was on baby duty. He called up to ask him the twins were with me because he hadn't seem them in 30 SECONDS but of course they weren't. We scoured the house and finally realized they somehow escaped into the garage. As Mommy went out to retrieve them, she noticed what she thought was red wine or paint on the floor until she realized it was on every surface imaginable in the garage--the fridge door, the side of the deep freezer, the wine cabinet handles, and all over the toys. Instantly we knew one of them was bleeding but the ironic thing was that both were super happy and not crying and BOTH were covered in blood!!!!
We picked them up and ran into the house to wash them off and find out who was bleeding and from where. Turns out all the blood was coming from one cut on Henry's thumb. Unfortunately it was super deep and wouldn't. stop. bleeding. All I could think about was how (logistically) I could get him to the E.R. with 2 other kids in tow! Luckily we didn't have to do that because we managed to get the bleeding to stop after 45 minutes, liquid bandaid, and lots of bandaids.
Henry was such a champ. He literally never cried once and was quite proud of his "boo boo" and always wanted to show of his "bambaid" :)

Kindergarten!!!!
It is so hard to believe that Jack started Kindergarten this year! Where has the time gone? I feel like he was just 2 years old and starting preschool in Chicago :(
Jack could not have been more excited about the first day of school. He was all smiles and so thrilled to go to 2 schools (he goes to private Kindergarten in the morning and then takes the bus to public school in the afternoon).
Jack is really excelling at school and unfortunately he is actually bored with a lot of the academics. He is reading at a 1st grade level and already doing addition, subtraction, and greater than/less than. We couldn't be more proud!
