Preschool Graduation

Well, the time has come! Jack is officially headed to Kindergarten in the fall. **tear**

Graduation was a hoot, complete with white cap and gown and all the pomp and circumstance. Jack, of course, was Jack--a goofball who was super excited about graduation and yet didn't take it too seriously. He had talked about it for weeks and spilled the beans on everything we should expect even though it was supposed to be a secret for the parents ;)

The teachers asked every kid what they wanted to thank their parents for. Almost every child said something completely sweet and endearing--thank you for loving me, thank you for giving me a home, thank you for playing with me. Not Jack...
As for taking graduation seriously and performing all the songs with his class, not Jack either...

So proud of our little graduate!

Nana and Papa were there too!

WOW!

Oh summer, how we love thee. Gone are the days of being stuck indoors with 3 energetic boys. No more looking out the windows longingly missing warmer weather. Long gone are the days of cabin fever and cases of the stir crazies. No, summer is here and we are loving it!!!

The WOW Children's Park at the Botanical Gardens is open again and the boys are ecstatic!!!

Beach Babes

How lucky are we that we live in such a beautiful place? We are definitely raising beach babes...well at least 2 out of 3.

Jack and Will LOVE the beach. This is the only picture we were able to get of Jack because he was swimming the entire time.
Will was in his element. Mommy and Daddy had to trade "Will Shifts" because he was all over the place. He was FEARLESS. From running as fast as he could into the water, to chasing dogs down the beach while barking at them, to attempting to visit the beach houses behind us he was LOVING it!

The only time he sat down was to partake in his bottle with his twin. Ironically, this was the only time that Henry came out of his tent.

Henry spent the entire 2 hours in here.

He FREAKED out when sand touched his toes or hands and absolutely refused to go anywhere near the water. Once Daddy carried him out to a sandbar to hang out with the other boys and Mommy and he clung to Daddy for dear life. Occassionaly he would poke his head out of tent just to check stuff out but he was very content in his little cave :) Will and Henry could not be more different! Crazy, huh?

Strawberry Picking

Its that time of year again---strawberry picking! The kids had so much fun but more importantly we came home with pounds and pounds of strawberries!!!

What a difference a year makes! The picture on the top is from last year when the twins were 5 months old and the next is exactly one year later at 17 months old!

Big Boys

When did these sweet boys get so big that they don't need highchairs anymore? Seriously, sitting in booster seats at the kitchen table made me realize that everyday they are less baby and more boy :(

Mr. Independent

Will is so good at just playing by himself. He will go off and do his own thing and is completely content. Henry, on the other hand, needs contstant attention ;)

Will really loves the sandbox!
